Du bliver en del af vores digitaliserings- og IT-team og refererer til Head of Digitalization. Din primære opgave er at identificere muligheder for digitalisering, automatisering og AI – og omsætte dem til konkrete, testbare løsninger.

Du fungerer som bindeled mellem forretning, data og teknologi. Fokus er ikke at bygge alt selv, men at forstå problemet, finde den bedste løsning og sikre, at den bliver realiseret – hvad enten det sker internt, via moderne AI-værktøjer eller i samarbejde med eksterne partnere.
Du arbejder i tæt dialog med Head of Digitalization og interne afdelinger, og bidrager aktivt til at forme, hvordan idéer omsættes til noget konkret. 

DINE PRIMÆRE OPGAVER:
  • Identificere muligheder for digitalisering, automatisering og AI i organisationen.
  • Omsætte forretningsudfordringer til konkrete løsningsforslag, bruger flows- og prototyper.
  • Bygge og teste proof of concepts og første versioner af digitale løsninger.
  • Samarbejde med interne afdelinger om at forstå arbejdsgange og behov.
  • Understøtte udviklingen af Ellepots digitale produkter og interne digitale initiativer.
  • Vurdere og vælge den rette vej til implementering – intern, AI-assisteret eller via ekstern partner.

 

Hvad vi ser efter

Fagligt:

  • Erfaring med at udvikle eller afprøve digitale løsninger – fx via webteknologier, low-code platforme eller AI-værktøjer.
  • Erfaring med prototyping og bruger flows, fx i Figma eller tilsvarende.
  • Forståelse for frontend, brugeroplevelse og simple interfaces.
  • Grundlæggende forståelse for data, integrationer og API’er.
  • Interesse for AI, automatisering og nye digitale muligheder.

Personligt:

  • Nysgerrig, analytisk og handlingsorienteret.
  • Kan arbejde selvstændigt med uafklarede problemstillinger.
  • God til at tale med brugere og forstå deres hverdag.
  • Kan udfordre eksisterende arbejdsgange konstruktivt.

Do you want to help shape the digital future of an international manufacturing company?


ABOUT THE JOB

You will become part of our digitalization and IT team, reporting to the Head of Digitalization. Your primary task is to identify opportunities for digitalization, automation, and AI—and turn them into concrete, testable solutions.

You will act as the link between business, data, and technology. The focus is not on building everything yourself, but on understanding the problem, finding the best solution, and ensuring it becomes a reality—whether that happens internally, via modern AI tools, or in collaboration with external partners.
You will work in close dialogue with the Head of Digitalization and internal departments, actively helping to shape how ideas are turned into something concrete.

YOUR PRIMARY TASKS:
  • Identify opportunities for digitalization, automation, and AI within the organization.
  • Translate business challenges into concrete solution proposals, user flows, and prototypes.
  • Build and test proof-of-concepts and initial versions of digital solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to understand their workflows and needs.
  • Support the development of Ellepot's digital products and internal digital initiatives.
  • Evaluate and select the right path for implementation—whether internal, AI-assisted, or via an external partner.


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Professional skills:

  • Experience in developing or testing digital solutions—for example, via web technologies, low-code platforms, or AI tools.
  • Experience with prototyping and user flows, e.g., in Figma or similar.
  • Understanding of frontend development, user experience (UX), and simple interfaces.
  • Basic understanding of data, integrations, and APIs.
  • An interest in AI, automation, and new digital opportunities.

Personal skills:

  • Curious, analytical, and action-oriented.
  • Able to work independently with complex or unresolved problems.
  • Good at communicating with users and understanding their daily workflows.
  • Able to constructively challenge existing workflows.
  • Can present and anchor ideas internally in a clear and convincing way.
  • Eager to build, test, learn, and continuously improve.


YOUR BACKGROUND

We imagine a profile with practical experience in one or more of these areas:

  • Digital product development.
  • Frontend/UX with an interest in AI and automation.
  • Power Platform or low-code development combined with a solid understanding of products and users.
  • A newer profile with strong practical projects and a clear "builder mindset."

The most important thing for us is not your years of experience, but that you can show you know how to spot a problem, find a solution, and bring it to life.
